Baby boomers are considered as people who love work and they are never afraid of to put in a hard day of work. Baby boomers know how to keep their minds focused on a specific or particular subject, unlike the current generations. They remained focused on a particular subject until they accomplish whatever they wanted. This enabled them to stay on track when learning new things, therefore, having amazing attention spans.

Team oriented

Baby boomers are known to be team oriented because they had a strong sense of community. They thrive in team environments and thus giving them a chance to solve problems with others and therefore benefiting from each other. They have a strong belief in team spirit and do their activities as a team. Unlike the recent generation where people do things on their own without collaborating with other people.

Disciplined

Baby boomers are known to have a high discipline. This is because people of this generation grew up in households that are highly structured and disciplined which shaped them into who they are today. They were taught how to respect others and treat them equally.

Goal-centric

They work hard to achieve their career goals. This generation is known for setting goals and achieving them. They even enjoyed being assigned goals to reach and they created goals for themselves. They are determined to achieve a specific goal and they, therefore, work hard in order to accomplish it.
